Early Bird Registration Policy
For participants who complete registration and payment by July 30, the AIUE member rate will be applied as the early bird rate. AIUE membership is not required to benefit from this rate during the early bird registration period.

Accommodation & Catering Fee

  • Twin Room: 100 USD per person for three nights
  • Single Room: 200 USD per person for three nights
  • Additional Night:
    • Twin Room: 50USD (before August 30th, 2026)
    • Single Room: 80 USD (before August 30th, 2026)

This fee covers hotel accommodation and catering services, including the Welcome Dinner.

Note: Participants who wish to attend the full conference are required to pay both the Registration Fee (Non-membership/ Membership/ Early Bird Registration Fee ) and the Accommodation & Catering Fee. Hotels will be arranged by the organizing committee and are located within a 5–10 minute walk from the conference venue. Participants who pay only the Registration Fee must arrange their own accommodation and will not be eligible to attend the Welcome Dinner on October 11.
